NRI Shop & Ship Customer Reviews

Communication and patience are the strengths of NRI Shop & Ship. While I was busy organizing the event at home and couldn’t always coordinate with them promptly, they were still supportive, even outside of regular hours, and kept me updated on the status of my orders. I’m very happy with their service and would definitely give them a 5-star rating.

For my housewarming ceremony, I wanted to bring traditional items from India to the USA. I shared my preferences, and the NRI Shop & Ship team was very patient in finding the right items for me. The products were carefully packaged, and they arrived on time. I was happy with the quality of the items and the affordable service fee, and I highly recommend them to my family and friends.

I had a great experience with NRI Shop & Ship. Keep up the excellent work!

I contacted NRI Shop & Ship for a free inquiry, and that's where our journey began. They provided all the necessary details upfront, and I really appreciated how well they coordinated with us. Great service!

I ordered clothes and a few gifts from different stores in India and had everything sent to NRI Shop & Ship. They kept me updated when each package arrived and shared photos before packing everything together. The process was smooth, and the shipment reached me without any issues.

Due to an issue with the packaging size, I had to return an item at the last minute. However, the NRI Shop & Ship team was extremely supportive and provided helpful suggestions for packaging delicate items. They truly know what they’re doing, great work, team!

I used the Personal Shopper service for a few items I could not easily purchase from outside India. The video call while shopping was very helpful because I could see the products and choose exactly what I wanted. Communication was clear throughout the process.

One of the items I ordered online had a visible issue when it arrived. The team sent me photos and helped with the return while it was still within the seller’s return period. I really appreciated them checking the items before shipping them overseas.
